Moto GP is a very tuff sport, the riders are "superhuman" and the bikes - well the only similarity to the ones we ride is they have two wheels and an engine. Having said all that they are prototypes and the lessons learnt get fed back to the bikes we ride every day and that is good. Developing a motorcycle from scratch that is competitve in the world of MotoGP is not as easy as it would appear. Aprilia have worked hard at getting the RS-GP upto scratch and improving it week by week to get it to the sharp end. Last Sunday 24th September Aleix Espargaro got upto 6th place in the race beating the works Ducati of Dovizioso and just behind Rossi on the Yamaha. This shows the determination of Aprilia and just how good there bike is - remember it is based on the RSV4 RF we have in our showroom - not the other way around. Well done Aprilia and Aleix Espargaro, with 4 more rounds to go lets all hope a podium is on the cards for Team Gresini and Aprilia - Bring it on !!!Gallery1DomenicaAragon Small
